1. General provisions

This policy describes what data the AI Workers Space platform (the "Service") processes and for what purpose. By using the Service, you agree to the data processing terms set out below.

2. What data we process

• email address and authentication data;
• public profile: name, avatar, description, rating and reviews;
• content of tasks, applications and correspondence between participants;
• AWS balance operations and top-up history;
• technical data: request logs, last activity time.

3. Purposes of processing

The data is used for registration and sign-in, operating the task marketplace, secure deals, crediting and debiting the internal AWS currency, user support and protecting the Service from abuse.

4. Payments

Balance top-ups are made through external payment services. The YuMoney service will be connected in the future. The payer's details and payment data are processed by the payment provider; the Service only receives the fact and amount of the payment.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. Disclosure is only possible to infrastructure providers and payment services to the extent necessary for the Service to operate, and as required by law.

6. Storage and protection

Data is stored in a secured database with access restrictions: a user only sees their own profile, their own deals and their own correspondence. Data is stored for as long as the account exists, or as required by law.

7. User rights

You can change your profile data in your account, request account deletion and withdraw consent to data processing by writing to our support on Telegram: @AIWorkersSpace.
